Joining Information

Once you register on the forums, you will be able to see the forum conversations and reply to posts. You will also be able to see local happenings in the area that may be of interest to homeschoolers. However, if you would like to become part of the local WINGS support group and take part in our weekly Park Day, field trips, yearbook, and other special events, you must first join WINGS ($26.50 per year).

WINGS Members receive information about upcoming WINGS events in the "WINGS Events, Field Trips, and Deadlines" forum (marked "private" until you join). A weekly e-mail newsletter, containing WINGS news and highlights of events, is also sent out to all our members.

How to Join WINGS

If you are interested in joining WINGS, here are the steps:

1. Go to the forums.

• If you have ever been a member of WINGS in the past, you should already be in our system. Log in with your username (likely your e-mail address) and password (take a guess if you do not know it and if wrong, you will be asked if you would like a password reminder).

• If you have never been a member of WINGS, you will need to register on the forums. Click “Register” in the top menu bar, left side or on the home page. You will need to fill out some information and then you will be sent an e-mail confirmation, letting you know you are registered.

2. Once you have logged in, go to your User Control Panel (click “User CP” in the top menu bar) to join WINGS as a paid member ($26.50 per year).

3. Scroll all the way to the bottom. In the panel on the left, click “Paid Subscriptions” under the orange “miscellaneous” heading.

4. The subscription “WINGS Membership” will show up. Click the pull-down menu and choose the $26.50 option without the asterisk (unless you wish to have a recurring subscription).

5. You will then be taken through to Paypal to complete your order. You do not need to sign up with Paypal to order. There will be an option to use your credit card.
