    Icon14 Native American Festival at Narroway Theater

    The following came from Cheryl at the Narroway Theater. This sound like such a fun opportunity! We'd go if we weren't going to be out of town.


    This Saturday from 12-6pm NarroWay is having our show "Wounded Warrior" and a NATIVE AMERICAN FESTIVAL. Come learn a dance, speak the language, watch pottery being made. admire the art of jewelry making, try delicious Native American Food, see a competitive dancer perform! get your face painted, hear the Medicinal value of herbs from the medicine man, watch basket weaving from the Catawba Nation and eat delicious Native American food and much much more!! All included in the price of a show or $5 a person for just the festival. Remember homeschooling students and families get a 25% discount at NarroWay! Hope to see you there!!

Members of the Catawba Indian Nation are coming together with NarroWay Productions to create an event that promises fun for all ages!

    "Wounded Warrior" is NarroWay's newest Broadway-style live theater show. The story of the great Apache warrior Geronimo comes to life for a modern day family as characters literally step from the pages of a giant book.     Was anyone able to go to this? How was it? I wish we could have gone! I'd like to also check out the Narroway Theater sometime.
