The 2012 area Home School Graduation ceremony

If you are a North Carolina home school family with a 2012 graduate, you are welcome to participate in this ceremony occurring:
Saturday, May 12^th
Hickory Grove Baptist Church-North campus
2350 Odell School Road, Charlotte, NC 28262

In order to reserve your graduate’s space for participation in this graduation ceremony, you must provide the following NO later than
February 28^th
1) Complete registration form (see below ) and e-mail to Dedra Winter at eric_dedra@hotmail.com AND
2) Mail a $100.00 non-refundable registration fee made payable to Dedra Winter and mailed to
Dedra Winter

(fees collected go toward facility, tech support, building security, speaker, reception, etc.)
3) 15 to 18 pictures of your student in order that you would like on a CD, no hard copies accepted
4) Your students favorite Bible verse
5) Your students choice of song to be played during ceremony: if it is an original or if our person cannot find said song you will be ask to produce a copy for us.
6) After we receive above information your student will be sent a questionnaire to be filled out and sent back for program.
*Once we receive these completed items, we will confirm your graduates participation via e-mail.

Ceremony Includes:
*Graduates photo display
*Pomp and Circumstance entrance
Video presentation of graduates special scripture verse
*Speaker- A time of reflection and charge to graduates
*”Diploma” presentation by parents/graduate on stage
*Rose presentation to Mom/parent
*Graduates’/Parents’ pre-recorded Power point presentation

*Prayer over graduates
*Cupcake and punch reception following the ceremony
* Pictures of ceremony and graduates will also be available.
(Fees for pictures are extra and will be announced as soon as we have a final count)

An informational meeting is set for Feb. 28^th at 2:15 at Hickory Grove Baptist Church-north campus, 3^rd floor in the Gathering Place. This is for any parent who would like to see the church, meet myself and a time for additional questions. Please RSVP by Feb. 21^st if you plan to attend.
